Couples Therapy

Relationships take work — and asking for help is one of the most important things a couple can do. Whether you're caught in cycles of conflict that never seem to resolve, feeling disconnected from the partner you once felt close to, or struggling with relationship anxiety and avoidance from differing attachment styles, couples therapy can help you find your way back to each other - and find a way forward.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help couples understand the deeper patterns driving their struggles. EFT helps you and your partner move past the argument and into what is underneath — the fears, longings, and unmet needs that are needing to be heard, for each of you to feel seen and understood. The Gottman Method gives you practical tools to break destructive cycles, rebuild trust, and strengthen your relationship. Together, these approaches offer both insight and real, lasting change.

You don't have to keep having the same fight, the same distance or the same confusion about how to move forward. Connection is possible again.
